Healthy choices
  1. Side salad with low-fat dressing or a side of steamed veggies
  2. Turkey, roast beef, or grilled chicken sandwich

  4. Chicken or turkey wraps w/out mayo or cheese
Unhealthy choices
  1. Salads with fried onions, cheeses, meats and high-fat dressings
  2. Mayo-heavy tuna or chicken salad sandwich
  3. Battered or deep-fried fish
